Hi, I’m Tina, and I’m a mental health and mindset coach for unconventional moms. I help moms like you who have unconventional choices and identities, such as being part of the LGBTQ+ community, having ADHD, or being into sci-fi, fantasy, video games, and role-playing games. I help you embrace your uniqueness, boost your self-esteem, and feel more confident and empowered in your life. ❤️🔥
I’ve faced many challenges and struggles in my life, such as growing up in a broken home, dealing with mental health issues, breaking generational cycles, and coping with social anxiety. I’ve also learned a lot about myself and others, such as discovering that I have ADHD, being an empath and an introvert, and having unconventional interests and identities. I’m a demisexual pansexual polyamorous pagan.
I love nature, music, art, and coloring my hair. I’m a mom of three biological daughters, one of whom has special needs. I’ve experienced isolation as a SAHM, and I’ve had to deal with being a target of narcissists. I’ve also had to learn how to love myself and my body, despite having body dysmorphia. I’ve also had to learn how to navigate my unconventional relationships, communication, and sex life. 🔥
I’ve done this by using my passion for psychology and personal development, and by getting a coaching certificate from The Coaching Masters. I’ve also used various coaching methodologies, such as narrative coaching, positive psychology coaching, life coaching, relationship coaching, and mindfulness coaching (See below).
I’ve also developed a positive mindset, a growth mindset, and a gratitude mindset that boosts my self-esteem, self-worth, and self-love. I’ve also felt the moment my inner spark ignited, so I feel more confident, empowered, and fulfilled in my life. ✨.
